We have experienced team that provides a practical and highly effective design service

Probably the most critical phase of any fire alarm project is the design stage. If this is not carried out correctly you could have a system that in addition to not complying with the relevant standards could be prone to false alarms or may not provide proper protection to life or property.

Systems are designed for efficiency, by incorporating equipment with features that reduce overall system costs, whilst delivering excellent performance.

All our system designs and proposals are designed to meet legislative requirements

As a BAFE SP203 accredited company, AFS are certified to issue a BAFE (British Association of Fire Engineers) certificate of design, allowing you to rest assured that your system has been designed to the highest professional standards.

Tailored to your requirements

Whether you have a complex integrated system or the simplest of fire detection systems, we can tailor a package to suit your requirements.

They will usually be supported by CAD drawings, schematics and technical literature. Our CAD facilities also allow for production of design drawings, record drawings and ‘as fitted’ drawings for all current contracts.
